Job summary

The role builds high-quality materials, drafts communications, and coordinates with subject-matter experts across teams. Strong writing, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, English, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, formatting, and production of proposals and RFQs.
• Coordinate proposal information and deadlines with marketing staff and technical experts.
• Gather resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and content for proposals and presentations.
• Maintain proposal and marketing content libraries and boilerplate materials.
• Support quality-control reviews of marketing materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with final production, printing, binding, and electronic submission of pursuit materials.
