Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• California State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of workers' compensation legal experience with 2+ years in managing attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of law office personnel providing litigation and legal services.
• Oversees intake and assignment of cases based on attorney level and location.
• Aligns department goals with business objectives and implements process improvements.
• Mentors attorneys and expands team knowledge while ensuring deadlines and ROI goals are met.
• Litigates California workers’ compensation matters before state and federal courts and tribunals.
• Supervises the Litigation Management team and manages performance, coaching, and staffing.
