The position is hybrid, requiring work from home and at one of ICW Group’s California offices, with emphasis on strategic leadership, budget awareness, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Minimum 10 years’ workers' compensation legal experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing associate through senior litigation attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of law office personnel providing litigation and legal services.
• Oversees intake and assignment of cases to balance expertise and location.
• Mentors attorneys and ensures ongoing knowledge development.
• Reviews cases and advises on strategy, deadlines, and performance.
• Supervises litigation management staff and maintains department metrics.
