ICW Group is seeking a Senior Managing Litigation Attorney to lead a team of workers’ compensation attorneys, from entry to senior levels, across California. The role blends hands-on litigation with staff oversight and process improvement, reporting to Litigation Management.

The position is hybrid, allowing work from home and at one of ICW Group’s California offices in San Diego, Pasadena, or Rancho Cordova, with a focus on strategic leadership, workflow optimization, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years’ workers’ compensation legal experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing associate through senior litigation attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the law office personnel and ensures efficient operations.
• Directs case intake and assignment based on attorney expertise and location.
• Mentors attorneys and drives department-wide performance and quality goals.
• Handles a reduced caseload of litigated workers’ compensation files.
