ICW Group seeks a Managing Attorney to oversee the Litigation Management team, driving operational processes, budget planning, and performance metrics. The role combines litigation responsibilities with staff supervision and strategic collaboration with business teams.

The candidate will manage a reduced caseload, litigate California workers’ compensation matters, and mentorjunior staff while ensuring high client satisfaction and efficient delivery of services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of workers’ compensation legal experience required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience of one or more roles required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs operations of law office personnel delivering litigation services.
• Oversees law office operations and ensures efficient in-house counsel operations.
• Mentors attorneys, paralegals, and staff to develop skills and performance.
• Litigates workers’ compensation cases in California courts and boards.
• Provides strategic legal advice and cost-effective action plans.
