Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (business or accounting).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in banking operations or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience building, leading, and coaching a team.
• Experience with money movement processing (checks, ACH, wires, etc.), Reg E, NACHA, Reg Z, Reg CC and exception processing.
• Experience coordinating projects and leading programs for a financial services company or department.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for internal teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new platforms.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage daily operations activities, including performance management and teammate development.
• Interact with PenFed personnel and vendors to resolve complex problems and exceptions to policies.
• Ensure strict adherence to business controls, regulatory requirements, and policies.
• Maintain controls to support accurate daily file processing and reconciliations.
• Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for standardization or re-engineering.
• Evaluate workflows and vendor performance to drive automation and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver key business metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead departmental projects, audits, disaster recovery, and system onboarding/offboarding.
• Routinely review policies to keep them current and compliant.
• Manage time and capacity in a regulated, fast-paced environment and be on call as needed.
