FNBO is seeking a Process Improvement professional to support the Electronic Payments Team. You will document procedures, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate process updates to improve efficiency and both employee and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• 3+ years of production processing experience with demonstrated process improvement results is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for training staff and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and process improvement sessions.
• Experience with process mapping tools and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain processes, procedures, and workflow diagrams in a central repository.
• Assist in developing, testing, and implementing quality controls and process controls.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and drive improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate process updates and improvements across the team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on frontline operational knowledge.
• Collaborate with partners on enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
