Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of project management in financial services, strong change management and communication skills, and experience with Jira/Confluence (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years of project management in financial services.
• Three+ years delivering cross-functional business/tech initiatives.
• Proficient in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience with change management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across business and tech workstreams.
• Align priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables with owners and IT managers.
• Develop integrated project plans, dashboards, and trackers for Agile and milestone-based schedules.
• Identify and elevate blockers, risks, and issues before impact.
• Facilitate planning, kick-offs, problem solving, status reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and readiness assessments.
• Develop training materials for diverse audiences and measure adoption post-implementation.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance checkpoints; report progress to sponsors and leadership.
