Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Process Manager (Hybrid) to optimize operational efficiency using data analytics and process engineering within Bank Operations. You will map, analyze, and redesign core banking processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve customer experience.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma/BPM/Agile proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Data Analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: define operating models for new initiatives and drive readiness decisions.
• Process Mapping & Design: document current-state operations and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Methodology Application: apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile to improve processes.
• Transition & Governance: establish control metrics and transition changes into production.
• Data Collection & Trend Analysis: collect and measure data to identify trends and risks.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Cross-functional Partnering: participate in change control forums and cross-functional teams.
• Risk Mitigation: identify risks and implement compliance controls.
• Executive Delivery & Training: present to leadership and train staff on changes.
