Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years in project management within financial services.
• Three+ years delivering cross-functional, high-risk or high-value projects.
• Proficient in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Proven experience with project and change management best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across business and tech workstreams.
• Align priorities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables with owners/managers.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dashboards and trackers reflecting Agile sprints and milestones.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks and issues before impact on delivery.
• Facilitate planning, kick-offs, problem solving, status reviews and retrospectives; document actions.
