Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Experience managing teams of 2+ reports.
• IBMi (iSeries/AS/400) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and implementation of programming activities and requirements standards.
• Staff and manage the technical team and apply best practices.
• Ensure feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and implementation of apps.
• Plan and coordinate processes for user applications and systems for business operations.
• Support short- and long-term application systems plans aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Coach and manage staff performance.
• Participate in talent selection, development, and performance decisions.
• Provide training to new team members.
• Oversee team priorities and coordinate daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
