Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join the Asset Based Finance (ABF) investment team.

The role supports senior investment professionals across origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments. The position is highly visible with broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, partnering with senior investors and driving transaction responsibility in a growing ABF platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required.
• 4+ years in private credit, leveraged finance, structured credit, or related investing roles.
• Strong underwriting and deal execution experience across investment lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed credit analysis of borrowers, collateral pools, structures, and counterparties.
• Build/maintain financial models, cash flow analyses, stress scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Support origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments.
• Coordinate across internal/external stakeholders to drive deal execution and closing processes.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation decks for approvals.
