Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential, is seeking a Senior Director to work with Asset-Based Finance leadership to support the management and growth of the ABF platform. The role spans investment management, transaction execution, portfolio management and client engagement, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

This hybrid role sits in Newark, NJ, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Expertise using Excel, Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support ABF capital allocation, portfolio objectives and investment pacing.
• Assist with portfolio construction, monitoring and risk considerations.
• Coordinate trade bookings and reflect investments across portfolios and accounts.
• Support transaction execution from approval through closing and funding.
• Coordinate workflows, settlements and reporting with internal/external teams.
