Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the United States is seeking a Country HR US Business Integrator. This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration about two days per week at an HPE office, with responsibility for delivering a full range of HR programs across multiple businesses and geographies.

You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, Legal, and other stakeholders to align HR services with country priorities, advise on workforce transformation, and ensure compliant execution of HR

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience advising leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations, workforce transformation, organizational change, or business-facing HR matters.
• Experience operating in a matrixed global organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Country HR point of contact for CHR matters in the United States.
• Lead recurring touchpoints with HRBPs and participate in leadership discussions involving L2/L3 stakeholders when country-specific HR guidance is needed.
• Act as an integrator between leaders, Business HR, Country HR, and COEs to coordinate timely resolution of people matters.
• Identify HR support ownership gaps and recommend scalable solutions across the CHR US operating model.
