Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Recruiter to support multiple business units in Texas with a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office). You will lead executive talent acquisition, map the external market, and build top-tier pipelines while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience and collaboration with HR, compensation, and DEI teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps, design sourcing strategies, and drive offers for Directors, VPs, and SVPs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with technology focus.
• 3+ years recruiting for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP).
• Proven ability to develop strategic executive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines and long-term prospect relationships.
• Ability to influence goals through collaboration with leaders, HR partners, COE, and external partners.
• Deep knowledge of external talent landscapes, market trends, and competitors.
• Excellent business acumen and communications, with data presentation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools; Workday preferred.
