Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders across multiple business divisions. You will lead strategic executive sourcing, map talent, and deliver diverse, top-tier leadership pipelines while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Reporting to the Manager of Executive Recruiting, you will support talent moves and succession with HR and DEI teams in a hybrid model requiring ~2 days per week in an HPE office across the US.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP).
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic executive recruiting strategies.
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Ability to influence with stakeholders across HR and business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and partners to identify executive talent gaps and needs.
• Design and execute candidate sourcing strategies aligned to organizational goals.
• Partner with HR to ensure a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish.
• Create diverse candidate slates using available tools and methodologies.
• Market HPE's brand and opportunities to attract top leadership talent.
• Work with hiring managers and compensation to craft compelling offers.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
