Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Executive Recruiter to join its Hybrid team in the US. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to source, assess, and hire executive talent across multiple units, delivering an outstanding candidate experience and aligning with business strategy.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, map the external talent landscape, and support internal talent moves and succession planning as part of a broader TA and DEI effort.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong preference for technology
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP)
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic executive recruiting strategies
• Expertise in building diverse talent pipelines and nurturing long-term relationships
• Proven ability to influence and achieve goals through collaboration with leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and business partners to identify executive talent gaps and needs
• Design and execute innovative candidate sourcing strategies tailored to organizational goals
• Partner with HR to ensure a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish
• Create and implement strategies to build diverse candidate slates using all tools and methodologies
• Represent and market HPE's brand and career opportunities to attract top talent
• Work with hiring managers and compensation to craft compelling offers
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members in their roles
