Job summary

Zscaler in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sr Manager, GTM Communications to partner with the CRO and GTM leaders. This high-visibility role translates complex cybersecurity and go-to-market strategies into clear, executive-ready narratives for global sales and external stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end communications lifecycle, shape mainstage experiences for SKO events, and build a multi-channel ecosystem across field platforms, portals, and real-time channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of internal and executive communications in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
• Experience managing mainstage content and live executive performances for large events with 1,000+ attendees.
• Ability advising C-suite executives and driving communications strategy for global sales.
• Experience expanding change management for large-scale GTM initiatives.
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communications partner for the CRO and GTM leadership, managing internal and external platforms including board-level presentations and industry keynotes.
• Drive the editorial and creative direction for SKO mainstage, including theme development, scripting, and visual storytelling.
• Design and orchestrate a holistic multi-channel communication ecosystem across field-facing platforms and internal portals.
• Consolidate updates into a prioritized calendar and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering SMEs for sales-ready messaging.
• Expand change management frameworks and establish KPIs to measure messaging effectiveness across the field.
