Job summary

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, seeks a Senior GTM Onboarding Programs Manager in the San Jose area. You will own and advance how we onboard new GTM talent, shaping the first experiences for Account Executives, SDRs, and Partner Sellers through cohorts, self-paced paths, and AI-driven assistants in a hybrid, Santa Clara-based HQ setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales onboarding and enablement programs.
• 7+ years in GTM enablement or revenue productivity in SaaS.
• Direct GTM/Solution Engineer background with quota-carrying roles.
• Strong presentation and facilitation in-person and virtual.
• Familiarity with MEDDPPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Advance global GTM onboarding strategy with a roadmap that delivers quick wins and matures into role-specific learning journeys.
• Design onboarding experiences across structured in-person cohorts, self-paced digital learning, and personalized AI-driven tools.
• Facilitate live onboarding cohorts at the Santa Clara HQ and key regional events globally while coaching internal subject matter experts.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Ops, Product Marketing, People, and Enablement to align stakeholders around a shared vision connected to real business outcomes.
• Own ramp metrics including time to first deal and pipeline generation velocity by building feedback loops and producing executive-ready reporting on effectiveness.
