• 2–3 years of related financial experience in a professional service organization.
• Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
• Prior knowledge of financial systems preferred.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Strong organization, confidentiality and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs or tracking software for all expense processing work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout the lifecycle.
• Create, process, and audit expense reimbursement requests with proper documentation.
• Review requests for policy compliance and escalate concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with training team members and answering process questions.
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies by investigating documentation.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Data entry to expense processing software; update accounts, vouchers, general ledger numbers.
• Review requests for policy compliance; escalate as needed.
• Complete tasks using established procedures to satisfy clients.
• Perform audit functions for invoices and expenses above thresholds.
• Record payments and transactions; maintain spreadsheets to track functions.
