Job summary

Amsive in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Email Production Specialist to join our Email Services team. This hybrid role requires expertise in enterprise email platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, and Marketo.

You will build and deploy personalized emails and SMS campaigns, set up automation workflows and journeys, and partner with the Manager, Email Production to develop HTML emails daily, manage data pipelines, and maintain subscriber attributes within Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience strongly preferred.
• 4–5 years in dynamic email development and campaign management.
• Strong HTML table-based coding and inline CSS skills.
• Experience with marketing automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic email templates and emails from scratch using AMPscript.
• Build and manage automated email programs and tracking.
• Utilize SFMC and ESPs to build, schedule, and launch daily campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members to meet client goals.
• Create and update product documentation.
