Job summary

EITACIES Inc. seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Automation Specialist to lead email and SMS campaigns across multiple hubs including Dallas, TX, New York, NY, and Chicago, IL.

You will design journeys, build data extensions, and automate workflows to drive personalized customer experiences. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of SFMC hands-on experience, proficiency in AMPScript/SQL/SSJS, and a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Experience building audience segments, data extensions, and automated marketing workflows.
• Working knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Creating customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Developing automations, audience segments, and data extensions.
• Working with Data Cloud to support audience activation and personalization.
• Using AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS to deliver dynamic customer experiences.
• Running A/B tests and helping improve campaign performance.
• Monitoring campaign health, engagement, and deliverability.
• Supporting onboarding of new brands and customer data sources.
• Partnering with stakeholders across marketing and technology teams to solve business problems.
• Maintaining high standards around QA, compliance, and campaign execution.
