Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in email development or marketing automation execution.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email.
• Experience with enterprise ESPs and marketing automation systems.
• Understanding of responsive email development and cross-client rendering.
• Familiarity with dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Code, build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails.
• Work across platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Paytronix, and similar tools.
• Create reusable templates and modular email components.
• QA emails for rendering, links, tracking, personalization, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical, platform, and rendering issues.
• Partner with internal teams to translate creative into production-ready emails.
• Support best practices in email performance, accessibility, and deliverability.
