Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Denver, CO, seeks a Financial Senior Director specializing in pharmacy to lead complex PBM analyses, pricing strategies and vendor negotiations for major clients. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Consulting Practice and cross-functional teams to design financial models, present results and drive value.

You will mentor junior colleagues, develop new tools, manage projects, and communicate clear strategies to clients and internal partners in a fast-changing health

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans.
• Strong financial skills; experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with quantitative coursework.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and client-service focused.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to review financial analyses and pricing models.
• Develop client analyses and documents including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, pricing guarantees.
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs, renewals and market checks.
• Lead project management; manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior colleagues on the pharmacy financial team.
• Present complex pharmacy benefit financial strategies to internal partners and clients.
• Participate in financial strategy meetings with external partners.
