Job summary

Willis Towers Watson's Financial and Analytics team seeks a Senior Director specializing in pharmacy to lead complex financial analyses, design pricing models, and guide clients through evolving pharmacy benefit strategies.

You will mentor junior colleagues, present insights to clients, negotiate vendor terms, and contribute to intellectual capital within the pharmacy practice, leveraging cross-functional collaboration across Health and Benefits to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with quantitative coursework.
• Strong financial and analytical skills in pharmacy pricing/valuation.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and pricing models for clients.
• Develop client analyses and presentations for reviews.
• Negotiate vendor products and pricing guarantees.
• Design and evaluate responses to RFPs and market checks.
• Manage projects, budgets, timelines and quality.
