Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with large programs or enterprise organizations.
• Familiarity with managing software development projects in large matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Manage the program plan, charter, communications, metrics, and dependencies across related projects.
• Guide cross-functional teams on cloud platforms and digital processes to maximize velocity and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks; log and review program risks.
• Define program scope and success indicators for realized benefits.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methods as relevant to the program.
• Prioritize requirements with Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Develop communication and stakeholder management plans.
