Diversified Services Network (DSN) is hiring a Senior Digital Program Manager to oversee the delivery of platform features across multiple scrum teams in a hybrid Chicago, IL / Peoria, IL / Dallas, TX environment. You will lead cross-functional efforts with technical staff, management, and business resources to achieve program goals aligned with digital strategy.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and delivery excellence, leveraging Agile or Waterfall practices as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; 8+ years of professional experience in program/or project management.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience considered.
• Experience with large programs or enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of deliverables across multiple scrum teams.
• Manage program charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and budget dependencies.
• Guide cross-functional teams in project execution using cloud-based platforms.
• Identify and manage risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project managers within the program.
