Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience in large programs.
• Experience leading cross-organizational system testing teams.
• Experience with cloud and digital platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of program deliverables and budget.
• Guide cross-functional teams including development and product owners.
• Maintain the program charter, metrics, reporting and risk management.
• Communicate status to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the program.
• Develop program scope and success indicators for outcomes.
• Mentor junior Digital Project Managers for program delivery.
