Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering platform features with on-time, on-budget results. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and client/stakeholder communication.

You will mentor other Digital Project Managers, own the program plan, and guide teams through DevOps, CI/CD, and agile or waterfall practices to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile project management experience.
• Experience delivering AI programs.
• Technical background in development management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Power BI and Confluence.
• Experience leading large matrix-structured software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple projects within a program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain program charter, communications, metrics and budget.
• Mentor junior Digital Project Managers and manage risks.
• Provide status updates and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
