Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple development teams and ensure program goals align with digital strategy.

You will mentor junior PMs and manage cross-functional coordination with technical staff, management, and business resources. The role requires experience with Agile or Waterfall methods, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs within large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management.
• Experience with data engineering teams on end-to-end application and data migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD in large programs.
• Experience managing software development programs in large matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with the application development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project deliverables with on-time, on-budget completion.
• Manage project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and dependencies between projects.
• Guide cross-functional teams using cloud-based platforms and digital processes.
