Job summary

The City and County of San Francisco is seeking a Senior IS Engineer to lead data-mapping and integration efforts for the ONE System. You will design and maintain import workflows, collaborate with Department of Technology, and support providers in onboarding with middleware solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring templates, ensuring data quality, and implementing backup and recovery for Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience as described in the qualifications.
• Three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system components.
• Substitution: one year of additional experience may substitute for the degree; completion of related programs may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-mapping activities for services, programs, and assessments, ensuring alignment between provider systems and ONE System using Python, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Configure, validate, and maintain import templates for services, programs and assessment data.
• Assist providers in onboarding and automate data import jobs where applicable.
• Support agile onboarding of organizations by prioritizing service data sync first and coordinating middleware layers.
• Monitor daily system performance and provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting.
