Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or closely-related field or equivalent.
• Three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system components.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operational support for software systems, services, and infrastructure including cloud and on-premises environments.
• Patches, tests, and deploys complex systems and platforms across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Performs data backup, migration and disaster recovery operations.
• Provides technical guidance to other Engineers and Administrators.
