Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join the centralized Procurement team and manage end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements, real estate docs, and procurements. You will draft, redline, negotiate, and execute MSAs, SOWs, and amendments, while leading RFPs and renewal management.

The role operates on a standard Monday-Friday Central Time schedule with potential minimal travel to a hub for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in contracts related to facility operations, hardware, software or vendor/partner contract management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement best practices.
• Strong communication and analytical reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management to support billing and contracts objectives.
• Evaluate production data for trend analysis and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation and policy adherence across contracts and billing.
• Lead contract entry improvements and coordinate with Operations and Finance.
