Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team. You will manage end-to-end vendor agreements, real estate documentation, and procurements, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of MSAs and SLAs.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid position with periodic travel; growth into leadership within Procurement or Finance is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined experience in contracts for facilities operations, hardware, software, or vendor/partner contract management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present data effectively.
• Experience analyzing data to input and create presentations and to support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management to support billing and contracts objectives.
• Evaluate production data for trend analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor contract and billing processes and communicate changes to internal teams.
• Develop and maintain organized documentation for contract and billing data.
