Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Reno, NV is seeking a Client Executive for the ESPI Programs division. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with producers and support staff, and drive new business, renewals, and compliant service delivery across middle-market accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience.
• Experience handling client and carrier relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary expert resource and first contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies, target pricing and carrier selection.
• Maintain accurate client data in the Sagitta Agency Management System and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare submissions, quotes and proposals; present to clients and prospects.
• Oversee renewal timelines and ensure compliance across processes.
