Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an entry-level Insurance Client Service Coordinator to join our ESPI Programs division. This role supports the Property & Casualty team and clients, handling online service platforms and delivering service deliverables with a client-first approach.

The position offers a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days/week) in Rancho Cordova, CA or Reno, NV, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external inquiries to online services within guidelines and provide excellent customer service.
• Determine services to be provided at renewal/onboarding with input from Production and Marketing.
• Communicate assigned responsibilities and required timelines to team members.
• Assimilate data from multiple departments into cohesive deliverables.
• Participate in external marketing campaigns as requested.
• Assist in day-to-day service needs of assigned accounts and other duties as needed.
