Pinnacle Group (Pinnacle Technical Resources) is seeking a Senior Business Technology Analyst in Richmond, VA. • Lead analysis, planning, testing, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage day-to-day project execution and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis for complex projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related artifacts.
• Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives.
• Manage relationships with business partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Support implementation planning, production deployments, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
