Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support applications in a hybrid Richmond, VA environment. The role focuses on .NET development, system analysis, and automation, with a 24-month duration and a pay range of $50–$55 per hour as a W2 consultant.

The candidate will work with business users and IT teams, practicing agile methods, documentation, and problem-solving to deliver reliable automation solutions and effective system maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of .NET programming experience.
• Experience with database structures in regulated environments is preferred.
• At least 4+ years as a Programmer Analyst.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis and Design: analyze existing systems and processes to identify requirements and design solutions.
• System Maintenance and Support: provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
• Collaboration and Communication: work with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to explain technical concepts.
• Documentation: create and maintain technical docs such as user manuals and design documents.
• Problem-Solving: identify and resolve issues within systems and applications.
