Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business and systems analysis, requirements documentation, SDLC, and agile development (Scrum).
• Extensive experience defining and documenting user requirements from multiple sources.
• Extensive experience supporting application development, maintenance, and implementation, systems analysis and design, and business process improvement.
• Extensive experience defining and documenting business processes and mapping or developing processes in a new system.
• Experience manually performing testing on a web application.
• Experience testing complex systems to ensure business needs are met.
• Ability to write and execute test plans and scripts.
• Experience conducting meetings and documenting project decisions.
• Ability to identify and document bugs or insufficiencies in a web application.
• Ability to participate in development team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduces project initiation activities to identify new problems and objectives related to computer applications and defines requirements.
• Elicits and documents requirements for new applications or enhancements.
• Works with business and IS staff to produce an SDLC compliant Requirements Definition document.
• Ensures documented requirements are clear, concise, complete, and meet guidelines.
• Assists with templates and processes for standard, repeatable documentation.
• Attends design and development scrum meetings to represent business needs.
• Writes and executes system test plans to verify requirements.
• Performs manual testing on web applications and tests plans.
• Creates testing plans to confirm requirements and design specs.
• Documents bugs with enough detail for replication.
• Assists in developing user testing scripts for UAT.
