Job summary

The Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Business Technology Analyst to lead analysis, planning, testing, and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Lead business analysis for complex projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related project artifacts.
• Coordinate and lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives.
• Manage relationships with business partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Support implementation planning, production deployments, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Business Technology Analyst leads the analysis, planning, testing, and delivery of complex technology initiatives that support business and operational objectives. This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and align with business needs.

The Senior BTA independently manages multiple initiatives, drives requirements and testing activities, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and mentors junior analysts. The role is accountable for day-to-day project execution and successful solution delivery.

Top Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting software delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
