Job summary

TreCom Systems Group will hire Business Analysts to support technology initiatives and business process improvement projects. These full-time roles will be hybrid, with onsite work in Richmond or Mechanicsville, VA.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system implementation, testing/UAT, and stakeholder communication. Qualified applicants will typically hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in IT/software BA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience in IT or software development environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Experience developing process flows, requirements docs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with software implementation or system modernization projects.
• Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support technology initiatives and business process improvement projects.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist in system testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams across Agile/Waterfall/hybrid SDLC environments.
