Job summary

The City of Seattle seeks a Business Systems Analyst to steward SHR’s compensation and classification tech stack, including PowerApps, PDQ, and Workday interfaces. You’ll ensure data quality, security, and reliable interfaces while delivering dashboards and reports.

You will lead service desk operations, collaborate with HR partners, and drive quarterly development cycles, prioritizing enhancements and testing new releases in a hybrid, city‑office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• Three (3) years in systems, operations, procedures, research, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship of compensation and classification systems, including data quality and dashboards.
• Manage the service desk and provide responsive HR partner support.
• Administer daily operations: data management, workflow automation, and QA testing.
• Lead multi-year, cross-department projects and align IT partners on requirements.
