Qualifications

• 10+ years experience leading application support functions in a large tech environment.
• Experience managing incident, problem, and knowledge management at enterprise scale.
• Financial and program management capability including budgeting and metrics.
• Experience overseeing third-party vendors and offshore providers.
• Strong commercial awareness with cost-reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to risk and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple application support initiatives including people management and building a high-performance environment.
• Manage end-to-end application support delivery across incident, problem, and knowledge management.
• Oversee compliance, timesheet accuracy, and delivery governance to meet service standards.
• Own financial program management for the support function and inform budgeting decisions.
• Manage third-party vendors and offshore providers against SLAs and contracts.
• Define a capacity management framework for enterprise-scale reliability.
• Translate operational data into insights for business decisions.
• Establish onboarding standards to ensure stability and supportability from the outset.
