• 7–10 years of proven success in media sales and revenue growth.
• Strong client-retention track record across podcasting, digital audio or social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying key decision-makers in agencies and brands.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to articulate value and drive revenue.
• Prospect and pitch new business to expand Red Seat Ventures’ footprint and client budgets.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach through proposal, negotiation, closing and post-sale management.
• Ensure flawless campaign execution including delivery, reporting and client satisfaction.
• Create custom marketing and media solutions aligned with client goals across multiple platforms.
