LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a large nonprofit to recruit a Seasonal Donor Relations Associate in Conshohocken, PA. The role serves as a primary contact for donors and financial advisors, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and online communications in a fast-paced environment.

The position is a full-time, seasonal contract from October through January, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), paying $20-$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to donor and advisor inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Track, document, and manage inquiries and case activity within a CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved.
• Support increased service demands during peak giving season (Oct-Dec).
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for an excellent client experience.
• Participate in training, meetings, and process improvements.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
