Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (required)
• Experience in financial services, call center, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and external partners
• Tech-savvy; Salesforce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for donor and client inquiries via phone and email
• Manage high-volume interactions: approximately 60% Salesforce case management and 40% inbound calls
• Assist donors with account access, platform navigation, and donation processing
• Communicate with donors, financial advisors, and internal teams
• Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce
• Troubleshoot account and system-related issues and upscale when necessary
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure resolution of inquiries
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development

Job Title: Seasonal Donor Relations Associate (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour

Assignment Duration: Mid- September through mid-January

Key Responsibilities:
