Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Seasonal Development Specialist for a nonprofit organization to support the Development team during a high-volume giving season. You will collaborate with senior business development professionals to strengthen advisor relationships, support pipeline activities, and coordinate outreach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business development, financial services, or relationship management, with strong communication, CRM (Salesforce) experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, financial services, sales support, relationship management, account management, or related field.
• Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management professionals, or client-facing teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for advisor and donor inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with business development initiatives and relationship management activities.
• Research prospective opportunities and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Track opportunities and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
• Support outreach efforts and advisor engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to development activities.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
