Lake Region Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Foundation Development & Donor Relations Officer/Specialist to advance fundraising, steward donors, and support LRH Foundation resources. The role emphasizes frontline development, donor engagement, and collaboration with the marketing team across the region.

Hours are 80 hours biweekly, with day shifts and potential evenings/weekends; a hybrid/remote option is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Development, Philanthropy or related field.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process is required.
• Flexible, remote/hybrid work schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Development: Cultivate, solicit, and secure resources through annual campaigns and donor referrals.
• Donor Relations: Lead donor stewardship, retention strategies, and donor communications.
• Assist with gift processing, foundation-hosted events, donor data management and reporting.
