Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Business Development Representative who will engage with warm leads, educate prospects, and set up opportunities for the sales team. This role focuses on qualifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and maintaining clean CRM data in a fast-paced, outbound-friendly environment.

You will represent Filevine at events across the U.S. and Canada, collaborating with sales to drive meetings and demos, and you’ll work from our Sugar House, Utah location in a hybrid

Responsibilities

• Engage & Educate leads, qualify prospects, and create sales-ready opportunities.
• Nurture and qualify new business through proactive prospecting; master the Filevine Story.
• Set the stage for success by coordinating with sales to schedule meetings and demos.
• Maintain data excellence with accurate CRM entries to support transitions and follow-ups.
• Hit monthly quotas for qualified appointments and closed deals.
• Represent Filevine at trade shows and customer events across the U.S. and Canada.
