Job summary

Filevine is seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to engage warm leads and qualify opportunities, setting the stage for impactful deals. You will learn the Filevine story and articulate how our Legal Operating Intelligence solutions solve pain points for law firms.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• High energy and eagerness to learn. Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for prioritization.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to maintain focus, productivity, and composure in high-stress, fast-paced in-person environments.
• Highly adaptable to working in open-office layouts while staying focused and respectful of colleagues.
• Skilled at handling high-priority Zoom calls with upset customers on short notice, using empathy and composure to resolve complex issues.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Sugarhouse, Salt Lake City, UT office 5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Engage & Educate: Respond to marketing-driven leads, qualify prospects, and create sales-ready opportunities.
• Master the Filevine Story: Articulate how our solutions address specific pain points and add value to law firms.
• Set the Stage for Success: Collaborate with sales reps to schedule meetings and demos that drive deals forward.
• Maintain Data Excellence: Ensure accurate, clean data entry in our CRM to support seamless transitions and follow-ups.
• Hit Your Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and closed deals.
